The Thermo TLE50086D ultra-low temperature upright freezer has a capacity of 24.1 cubic feet (holds 500 2" cryoboxes) with a temperature range of -50°C to -86°C and runs on 208/230V (60Hz) power. Thermo TLE -80°C ultra-low temperature freezers feature a new touch screen interface with data logging while providing dependable sample storage with in a new energy saving design. The new capacitive touch screen interface is usable even while wearing latex gloves and provides data logging and temperature mapping without a chart recorder. Stored data is downloadable via a standard USB interface. Sample protection is ensured with a low peak temperature variation and fast door opening recovery. The TLE series is also energy efficient and uses as low as 9.4 kWh/day. Natural hydrocarbon refrigerant and water-blown foam insulation is SNAP compliant.
